La ciudad de Mar del Plata reportó un cuarto caso importado de dengue en lo que va de 2020, confirmó el municipio de General Pueyrredon.
La directora general de salud del municipio marplatense, Verónica Palmisciano, confirmó que se trata una persona con antecedentes de viaje a una de las áreas con circulación de dengue.
La funcionaria dijo a una radio local que “en lo que va del año se detectaron cuatro casos de dengue vinculados a personas que habían viajado a zonas donde está asentado el mosquito, como Paraguay, Brasil o Cataratas del Iguazú”.
De todas formas, resaltó que en los cuatro casos «cumplieron con su aislamiento y buena evolución».
Indicó que General Pueyrredon «está considerado libre del mosquito transmisor del dengue».
